Michaela Snyder, FNP, joined Irongate Family Practice in 2024. She earned her undergraduate degree in nursing from the University of Vermont and completed her Master’s degree in Family Nurse Practitioner at SUNY Polytechnic Institute. Before becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner, Michaela gained eight years of experience as a med-surg nurse at St. Peter’s Hospital.

Michaela is passionate about providing patient-centered care and focuses on chronic disease management and preventive health.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as her corgi, Honey.
