Dr. Anne Evans is proud to return home to Lake George, where she was born and raised. She earned her degrees from Hamilton College, Midwestern University, and Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed her Family Medicine residency in Wilmington, NC.

Committed to holistic care, Dr. Evans treats patients of all ages—focusing on mind, body, and spirit. She has a special interest in newborn/child and adolescent development, women’s and men’s health, and comprehensive preventive medicine, including birth control (OCP, Nexplanon, IUD), menopause care, and screenings.

Outside the office, she loves outdoor activities like pickleball, golf, paddleboarding, hiking, and exploring the Adirondacks. She enjoys spending time with her husband, two young sons, and their goldendoodle, Simba.
