Alicia McFee joined Irongate Family Practice in October 2025 as a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University at Albany in 2007 before pursuing a career in nursing, receiving her Associate of Science in Nursing from Maria College in 2015. She later completed the BSN-to-MSN bridge program at Russell Sage College, earning her Master of Science in Nursing in 2021.

Born and raised in Hudson Falls, Alicia is proud to return to the area to provide compassionate, high-quality, patient-centered care to the community she has always called home. She is dedicated to building meaningful relationships with her patients and supporting their health and wellness through every stage of life.

Outside of the office, Alicia enjoys spending time with her husband and their three sons. Together, they love exploring the outdoors through hiking and camping and look forward to an annual family trip to the ocean. Over the past nine years, they have created a unique family tradition of collecting sand from beaches along the East Coast, from the rocky shores of Maine to the sandy coastline of South Carolina.
